Jackson and Madison Blythe
Jackson & Madison Blythe are the founders and leaders of Multiply Ministries. Jackson, originally from Iowa, is a graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary and has spent the past 4 years working with Christian non-profit organizations and on staff at a local Church. Madison, who grew up in Birmingham, Alabama has been working with Multiply for the past 7 years since she founded it in 2019 and also has worked as a hairstylist. Jackson and Madison both share the desire to bring the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the ends of the earth. After spending their first 6 months of marriage living in Auburn, they are excited to transition to living full-time in Uganda to help raise up the next generation of Christian leaders!
Teaching/Discipleship Director and Founder
Ronald Pachoto
Pachoto Ronald is a husband and a father of two, Zoe and Madison. He serves as the Church Administrator at Masese Evangel Church and, by the grace of God, as Multiply Ministries’ Country Director in Uganda. Like Paul in 1 Timothy 1:12, he gives thanks to the Lord Jesus Christ, who has counted him faithful and placed him in Multiply Ministries. His passion and commitment have led him to serve with Multiply since 2023, when he first met the Multiply team from the USA. It has been a great honor for him to lead ministry efforts, preaching the gospel in various schools, colleges, hospitals, and churches across Uganda. He also considers it a great privilege to serve as a father, mentor, and counselor to 35 Multiply children currently under Multiply's Sponsorship program. He looks forward to seeing them grow and fulfill God’s purpose in their lives. To him, Multiply is not just a ministry, but a family worth being part of. Philippians 1:6 “Being confident of this very thing, that He who began a good work will accomplish it until the day of Jesus Christ.”
Country Director
Tanya McCaw
Tanya McCaw is the Executive Director of Multiply. She is a follower of Jesus, wife, mom, and Pippa to her grandkids. As Mom to the founder Madison she has been involved with Multiply since its conception. While being the “Mom” to the team she also assists administratively in leading teams on mission to Uganda. She feels beyond blessed to be apart of all God is doing and desires to walk in obedience in her role with Multiply while encouraging our kids and team members to do the same.

Sophia Cullison
Sophia Cullison is the Creative Coordinator for Multiply. She is passionate about serving Jesus and using creativity to encourage and inspire others. As part of the Multiply team, she helps bring vision to life through creative content, communication, and storytelling while supporting the mission work in Uganda. She is so grateful to be a part of the Multiply team and what God is doing in Uganda!

John Tulibagenyi
Operations Coordinator & Mission Trip SupportJohn Tulibagenyi has been part of Multiply Ministries since its early work in Uganda, serving faithfully alongside Ali in transportation and logistics. He helps ensure every visiting team is supported, well-coordinated, and cared for throughout their mission. John approaches his work with excellence and humility, and he especially enjoys spending time with children during outreach activities. He is grateful to witness and take part in what the Lord is doing through Multiply in Uganda. “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord.” — Colossians 3:23
Josaiah Haidali
Sekago Joseph Haidali, also known as Josaiah, is a passionate and vibrant young Christian, deeply committed to sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ with all people, with a special focus on the younger generation. When not serving with Multiply, Josiah works as a professional nurse, with the same mission to love and share the gospel with those he gets to serve. Josiah joined Multiply Ministries in 2023 and has seen it has been an incredible journey witnessing the transforming power of Jesus Christ through the impactful work of the ministry. He feels it is a great privilege and honor to serve God alongside the dedicated and inspiring team at Multiply Ministries.

Winnie Sserwada
Winnie Sserwada is the wife of a local pastor, with whom she has two beautiful children. She carries the role of being a wife and mother with so much humility and grace. She is also a passionate and gifted worship leader with a heart to see the Lord exalted. She would like to express her appreciation for the outstanding work being done by Multiply Ministries in Uganda. She is honored to be part of the ministry and is grateful to serve alongside such a dedicated team. Blessings.
Worship Coordinator
Doreen Pachoto
Doreen Pachoto is first and foremost a servant of the most High God and also a proud member of Multiply Ministries Uganda. She is married to our Country Director, Ronald, and is a mother to two beautiful children, Zoe and Madison. Dora works as a social worker and is privileged to disciple all the female children. She feels it is a great blessing to directly interact with the kids and most importantly, be in position to 'mother' them is such an opportunity she will never take for granted. She is glad they have found in her a guardian unto whom they can open up to as she directs them to God, who is the Author and Finisher of our faith. She is very expectant of the bigger packages God has in stock for multiply Ministries.

Nelson Kibiye
Kibiye Nelson lazarus is a man with an outstanding passion to serve the Lord, a proud member of Multiply Ministries in Uganda, and has served the Lord among the youth of Uganda with a great leadership and team spirit. He has served with Multiply Ministries since their first operation in Uganda in 2023 and can testify of the good works of Christ that Multiply has delivered and shared with many people. He is very appreciative of the way the Ministry is continuing to serve the youth of Uganda today, and is blessed to be a part of what the Lord is doing through this Ministry.

Ali Ahimbishibwe
Ali Ahimbishibwe serves as the lead driver for Multiply Ministries in Uganda, faithfully guiding every team throughout their mission work. Known for his exceptional skill, he creates an atmosphere where everyone feels safe and cared for on the road. Ali carries out his work with humility, professionalism, and a sincere heart for service. His calm presence brings peace and confidence to every trip. He counts it a privilege to support the ministry and the people God brings to Uganda.
Mission Trip Support
Patience Hellen
Nakamanya Patience Hellen is a minister of the gospel and works in the film and theatre industry. She serves with Multiply ministries as support for the team during mission trips. Her gentle spirit and compassionate heart allows our teams to feel safe and cared for during their time in Uganda. She feels her purpose and goal is to see Christ manifested and glorified in her everywhere she goes as she loves and cares for those that she comes in contact with, in his name and for his glory.

Each member brings wisdom, experience, and a heart for our mission, generously offering their time and talents to guide our work. Their commitment, prayerful leadership, and dedication help shape our vision and keep us grounded in our purpose. We are grateful for the way they steward this organization with integrity and care, and we couldn't do what we do without them.
Our Board of Directors consists of Jackson Blythe, Madison Blythe, Tanya McCaw, Zach Willard, Kendra Willard, Wyatt Baker, Eloge Lwamba, and Kim Hardy. Jackson Blythe currently serves as our President, Tanya McCaw as our Treasurer, and Kim Hardy as our Secretary.
